Rob Valderrama is the chief project delivery officer for Sprig Electric and plays a crucial role in the strategy and implementation of the company’s projects. He manages all field labor operations and oversees several other areas at Sprig Electric, including Procurement, BIM, Engineering and the Support Center. Valderrama streamlines operations across these departments to ensure delivery of a high-quality project to Sprig’s customers.

Rob has many years of experience at Sprig Electric, and has served as field superintendent, general superintendent, and vice president of field operations. During his tenure he has improved work flow in all aspects of the business, including implementing Lean Construction processes and overhauling the capabilities of Sprig’s prefabrication shop.
