Sprig provided design-assist services for the electrical and fire & life safety systems at Samsung’s new Headquarters of America. The campus totals 1.2M-sq-ft with two interconnected 10-story towers; one for R&D and one for office space. Also included in the scope of work was a 9-story parking structure and a single-story cafeteria. The campus includes a chiller plant and data center.

Sprig installed a DALI based lighting control system which gives the owner virtual on-off-dim control over every individual LED lighting fixture installed on the campus. Our team also installed the following: new 21K PG&E service, LED type lighting fixture package, state-of-the-art lighting control package, 480/208V switchgear and distribution, MV switchgear and distribution, below raised floor power bank and tele-data distribution, fire & life safety systems, 2000kW Gensets, ATS’s and emergency distribution, 900Kw UPS systems, emergency response system and rough-in for tele-data, security, AV, PA and CCTV low voltage systems.
