The Middlefield B1 Campus is located in Mountain View between Maude and Middlefield just south of Highway 237. This 6 story office building contains 5 floors of open office space with conference and huddle rooms, large break rooms, and game lounges. The 1st floor lobby is 2-stories tall and features decorative wood ceiling panels and integrated lighting. On the 1st and 3rd floors there are kitchens, serveries, and dining areas. Rounding out the 1st floor space is an EBC, common space areas, and multipurpose rooms.

The 3rd floor is home to a large outdoor terrace with a powered shade trellis, planters, and ample seating. With high-end lighting and lighting controls throughout the building, the Middlefield Campus provides employees a balance between work and relaxation.

The parking garage at 800 E Middlefield is a design-build, 365,000-sq-ft structure consisting of 7 levels, 1 below grade and 6 above grade. It is a post-tensioned deck design with precast columns. There are three elevators and 2 sets of egress stairs with an exterior cascading stairwell as a main architectural feature. There are a total of (54) EV chargers in the garage, starting in the basement and continuing up to the 5th level. The top level of the garage has a 389 kW canopy mounted PV system. This design-build project was completed by Sprig's Energy Solutions Division.
