Corporate Responsibility
Exceeding Expectations in our Community
At Sprig, we collaborate with each other to win as a team and bring success to all stakeholders on our projects. We bring that same mindset into the community by participating in numerous non-profit programs as individuals and as a company. Whether we are donating blood, collecting clothes for the less fortunate or working with a foundation that helps children with extraordinary circumstances, we enjoy making a difference in the lives of others.
In addition to giving back, Sprig is committed to environmental sustainability. We are a USGBC member and have maintained a Bay Area Green Business certification since 2009. To further our commitment to environmental sustainability, Sprig designs 100% of our projects to LEED standards, practices lean construction methods and utilizes a prefabrication facility to minimize waste across all job sites. We encourage our staff to take responsibility for our environmental impact so that we can help make a difference for future generations.

PASSIONATE CONSERVATIONISTS
At Sprig, we are committed to restoring what we take from the sport of hunting. Many of our employees are wetland conservationists that work with groups such as Ducks Unlimited to improve ecosystems throughout California. As a company, Pepper Snyder (Chairman & CEO) and other employees serve as representatives of major conservation organizations to ensure laws and measures are passed to sustain wetlands across the entire United States.
