As director of procurement & prefabrication, Bruce Bowman oversees the departments and assists Sprig Electric’s project planning manager with prefabrication design and delivery. Bruce’s procurement functions include field deliveries, management of purchase orders, oversight of manufacturing issues, price updates, quoting, relations with manufacturer’s representatives, vendor management inventory and vendor relations.

Bruce helped to establish the use of lean principles at Sprig Electric and was also instrumental in the development of Sprig’s prefabrication facility. Bruce’s prefabrication duties include lean applications, prefabricated assemblies, outsourcing, packaging and delivery, providing smooth execution for key projects.
