Pepper Snyder - President / Owner
Founded Sprig Electric in 1970. With more than forty years in the electrical contracting industry, Pepper has developed executive leadership skills and a vast resource base, guiding the company to the top four electrical contracting companies in the Silicon Valley. Mike Jurewicz - General Manager
Mike has years of executive management experience in the electrical construction industry. He has worked for both a major equipment manufacturer and for various large electrical contractors. Building upon quality business relationships, the knowledge, experience and leadership that Mike possesses is helping Sprig as it transitions into the most effective electrical contractor in the West. Mike and the management team at Sprig are committed to maintaining the core values that define Sprig while integrating new and proven management tools to improve the quality of service, efficiency, customer and employee satisfaction.

Mike Glogovac - Group Executive
Mike has over 24 years experience in design/build engineering and project management. Mike will act as Group Executive, leading the pre-construction design for Sprig Electric. Mike will attend weekly design and construction meetings and follow the project through construction to post-construction phases. Mike excels at problem solving, delegating and creating a solid, effective team that brings a high level of success and positive customer relations to every job.

Hossein Tofangsazan - Group Executive
Hossein has over twenty three years of experience in design build engineering and project management. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Hossein has also completed a Masters program in the Analysis of Faulted Power Systems. Hossein will act as Group Executive and Engineer on this project. He will remain active with the project through preconstruction, construction and post construction, with day-to-day project management activities performed by the Project Manager under Hossein's direction. Hossein will frequently attend weekly design and construction meetings to assist with the design development and to insure that an effective team environment exists between Sprig Electric and your construction team. Hossein is adept at delegating, problem solving and leading, besides his strong engineering skills. He has continually demonstrated a high level of collaboration and positive customer relations.

Tim Martin - Low Voltage Systems, Division Manager
Tim has held various positions over the past sixteen years within the communications industry, including Senior Project Manager, Chief Estimator/Engineer and Operations Manager for a large Bay Areacommunication systems contractor.

As Division Manager, Tim's responsibilities include day-to-day management of the division as well as supporting design/engineering implementation of Cat 5e/5E and 6/6E installations, LOMM, MM and SM fiber optic installations, wireless installations and OSP/ISP installations. Tim's combined experience, organizational and leadership skills and positive attitude result in consistent customer satisfaction and repeated project success.

Rick Clinton - Vice President of Marketing / Group Executive
