Sprig Electric’s excellent safety record is the result of a firm commitment to risk management throughout every part of our company.

As of January 1st, 2017, our current Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is 0.74. When it comes to safety, Sprig Electric continues to be a leading force in the electrical industry. 

Sprig Electric’s employees are NFPA 70e certified and our Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) exceeds regulations set forth by the Federal and State Cal OSHA statutes, as well as the safety policies of the owners and general contractors we work with.

We are an ISNetworld rated A contractor, and all of our Foremen are OSHA 30 trained, guaranteeing the highest level of safety awareness at all times.

Additionally, Sprig Electric has maintained an ISNetworld Certification since 2010. Our affiliation with ISNetworld assures our clients that we will meet their safety requirements/expectations by collecting and verifying all mandatory data/reports submitted by our Safety Team. Sprig Electric’s safety success is due to our high level of commitment to our safety practices, which include:



  • A full-time Safety Director and Safety Team, which means our safety training is done in-house!
  • AED, CPR, Ergonomic and First-Aid training offered to all office employees
  • All Foremen and Superintendents trained in AED, CPR and First Aid
  • All Electrical Field Supervisors are OSHA 30 certified
  • Regular Safety Committee meetings include all levels of staff and management
  • Unscheduled site visits by our Safety Director - approximately every two weeks, followed by detailed safety reports
  • Weekly safety meetings on site for all Foremen and field employees
