Pepper Snyder – Chairman & CEO
Since founding Sprig Electric in 1970, Pepper has led the company to superior growth and success through his approach to the business; an uncompromising commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
As Chairman & CEO, Pepper has assembled an executive leadership team that together possess different skill sets which bring an innovative approach to overall operations. With this team, Pepper has entrusted that they will continue to build upon the legacy he founded four decades ago.
Pepper is well-known for his humble character and environmental involvement with the Grassland Water District. His character combined with his keen ability to recognize the evolving needs of the construction industry are what make him a great leader.
Mark Mandarelli – President & CIO
Mark is responsible for overseeing Sprig’s corporate operations and locations, ranging from headquarters in San Jose to its regional offices in San Francisco and Livermore.
Mark brings more than 12 years of executive experience to the position, offering in depth expertise in daily operations, systems development and information technology.
Mark also continues to serve as the company’s Chief Information Officer, directing the deployment of all technologies and processes. In this capacity, he leverages innovative technologies to streamline Sprig’s business processes and deliver enhanced value to clients.
Laura Lacomblé – Chief People Officer
Laura Lacomblé joins Sprig as their Chief People Officer. Lacomblé oversees organizational development, human resources strategy, talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Lacomblé holds an MS in organizational development and has served as a Director and Vice President of human resources for several mid-sized to large scale organizations.
Clint Ramsey – Chief Financial Officer
As Sprig Electric’s CFO, Clint’s responsibilities include the day-to-day management and direction of all financial operations which includes General Accounting, Treasury/Banking/Cash Management, Tax & Compliance, Payroll, and Financial Reporting.
Clint is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the areas of planning and analysis, financial systems, SEC reporting, taxes, treasury and investor communications. His experience in operational and corporate accounting includes domestic and international consolidations.
Hossein Tofangsazan, P.E. – Chief Revenue Officer
Hossein Tofangsazan, P.E., Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for all revenue generation within Sprig, as part of the company’s business development effort.
Tofangsazan is also accountable for driving better integration between related functions such as marketing, sales, customer support, estimating, and revenue management.
Matt Nelson – Chief Project Management Officer
Matt Nelson, Chief Project Management Officer, is responsible for all project management within Sprig, ensuring that each project team has effective leadership and appropriate project management methodology.
A veteran of the electrical construction industry for over 25 years, Nelson links all project management efforts into Sprig’s overall business strategy.
Rob Valderrama – Chief Project Delivery Officer
Rob Valderrama, Chief Project Delivery Officer, is responsible for all project deliverables across the engineering, design, procurement and labor operation teams.
In that capacity, Valderrama will streamline operations across these groups to facilitate the delivery of value from Sprig to its clients. Valderrama has over two decades of experience serving the construction industry in roles such as Superintendent, General Superintendent, and Director of Field Operations.
